Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Dr. Dragon's journey in optometry began in 1984 when he graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in Biology. He earned his doctorate from the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1988, located in the vibrant city of Philadelphia. Dr. Dragon's commitment to eye care extended to the United States Navy, where he served as a Navy Optometrist at Sewells Point Clinic and Boone Clinic at Little Creek Amphibious Base. Dr. Morgan Maharty
Dr. Morgan Maharty was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania before moving with her family to Williamsburg, Virginia during her high school years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2017. She also holds a minor in Chemistry. She then moved to Philadelphia to earn her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Her academic achievements include honors in Low Vision as well as completing rotations at both Virginia Eye Consultants and the WG Bill Hefner VA Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
