 Dr. Dragon
Dr. John Dragon, OD
Dr. John Dragon was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. In 1984 he graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in Biology. Dr. Dragon received his doctorate in 1988 from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Philadelphia.

Shortly after receiving his doctorate, Dr. Dragon served in the Medical Service Corps as a Navy Optometrist stationed at Sewells Point Clinic and Boone Clinic at Little Creek Amphibious Base. After fulfilling his commitment to the Navy, Dr. Dragon became an associate at the practice in 1999. In January 2003, Dr. Dragon became a partner in the practice.

Dr. Dragon maintains membership in many professional organizations including the Virginia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Dragon is currently the president of Eye Care Associates, a professional optometric organization in Southeastern Virginia. He is board certified by the Board of Optometry to use diagnostic drugs and by the Board of Medicine to treat and prescribe medication for external diseases of the eye.
 
 Dr. Seipel
Dr. Thomas Rozelle, OD
Dr. Thomas Rozelle was born and raised in Vestal, NY. In 2011, he graduated magna cum laude from King's College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Neuroscience. Dr. Rozelle completed his Doctorate of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2015. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Rozelle completed his Residency in Primary Eye Care at the Salem VAMC.

He enjoys all aspects of primary care optometry from pediatric eye exams to managing and treating ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other systemic microvascular disorders
Dr. Rozelle is a current member of several professional organizations such as the American Optometric Association, the Virginia Optometric Association, and the Tidewater Optometric Society. He is currently certified by the Virginia Board of Optometry to use diagnostic drugs, as well as prescribing both topical and oral therapeutic medications to manage external and internal ocular pathology.

During his downtime, Dr. Rozelle enjoys watching most sporting events. His favorite sport is baseball, as he was a pitcher throughout his college years. In fact, Dr. Rozelle was actually scouted by his home team, the NY Mets, before ultimately deciding to pursue his career in Optometry.
 
 Dr. Seipel
Dr. Mark Seipel, OD
 Born in Trenton, New Jersey Dr. Mark Seipel grew up in Steubenville, Ohio and Terre Haute, Indiana. In 1977 he graduated with honors from Colgate University. Dr. Seipel did his graduate studies at the New England College of Optometry where he received his doctorate in 1981.

Shortly after graduating as an Optometrist, he served in the Medical Service Corps as a Navy Optometrist stationed in Norfolk at the Sewells Point Clinic then on the staff of the Portsmouth Naval Hospital. After his tour of duty he joined the practice of Stanley Jason, O.D. here at Southern Shopping Center.
Dr. Seipel maintains membership in many professional organizations including the Virginia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is also a Fellow in the Virginia Academy of Optometry. Dr. Seipel did a post-graduate program in Low Vision at the Lighthouse in New York City. He is certified by the Board of Optometry to use diagnostic drugs and by the Board of Medicine to treat and prescribe medication for external diseases of the eye.
